This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Omnia ("we", "us", or "our") handles information. Our application is designed with a strict 'offline-first' architecture, ensuring that your privacy is protected by default.

1. Offline Processing & Zero-Server Policy

PDF Omnia does not use backend servers. All PDF operations, including scanning, converting, merging, and signing, are performed locally on your device's hardware. Your documents never leave your device and are never uploaded to any cloud service or server by us.

2. Permissions & Usage

To provide its core functions, the app requests access to: • Camera: To scan physical documents into digital PDFs. • Photo Library: To import images for conversion and save exported PDF files. • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): To allow Google AdMob to show relevant advertisements. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob for monetization. AdMob may collect anonymous technical identifiers (such as IDFA or IP-based approximate location) to serve ads and prevent fraud. This data is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not have access to any identifiable personal data through these services. If you purchase the 'No Ads' upgrade, advertisements will no longer be shown and AdMob will not collect data for ad serving in this app.

4. In-App Purchases & Payment Processing

PDF Omnia offers a single optional in-app purchase ('No Ads') to remove advertisements. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple through the App Store; we never see, receive, or store your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID password. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to verify and restore your purchase status across devices. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your App Store purchase receipt for the sole purpose of confirming whether you are entitled to the 'No Ads' benefit. 5. Universal Privacy & Children

PDF Omnia is designed to be safe for all users. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as names or emails) from any user, regardless of age. Since all document processing is local, the app inherently protects the privacy of all individuals, including children.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally within the app's sandbox, your documents remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. We have no access to your files and cannot recover any deleted or lost data. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat for as long as needed to honor your 'No Ads' entitlement.

7. GDPR & CCPA Rights

Users in the EEA and California have specific data rights. Since we do not maintain user accounts or store data on servers, you can exercise these rights by managing the app's local storage and your ad preferences within the application settings.
