Terms of Service

1. Licence

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use PDF Omnia for personal or professional purposes on any compatible device you own or control.

2. Your documents are your responsibility

PDF Omnia is a local-only tool. Your files are stored on your device and never on our systems, which means we cannot recover them for you. You are solely responsible for the documents you process and for keeping your own backups. The developer is not liable for data loss arising from device failure, storage problems, or deleting the app.

3. The optional purchase

PDF Omnia offers a single optional in-app purchase called No Ads. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — not a subscription and not a trial — that permanently removes advertising for the Apple ID or Google Account used to buy it.

Every feature of PDF Omnia is free and remains free whether or not you make this purchase. It unlocks no additional tools and is not required to use any part of the app; it exists for people who would rather use it without interruption. The price is shown clearly before payment is confirmed by Apple or Google.

4. Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Account, open Settings → Restore Purchases to bring your No Ads entitlement back. There is no charge for this, and no account is needed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled solely by the store you bought from. The developer cannot issue them.

Each store applies its own refund window and policy.

6. Availability of features

Some tools rely on capabilities that only one platform provides, so the set of available tools differs between the iOS and Android versions. Tools that are not available on a platform are hidden in that version rather than shown and failing. The current split is stated on the tools section of the home page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use PDF Omnia for unlawful purposes, including producing fraudulent or forged documents, removing protection from files you have no right to access, or processing copyrighted material without authorisation.

8. Advertising

The free version displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads are served. What the advertising service collects is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's registered jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that region. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your own country.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page will change when they are, and continued use of the app after that constitutes acceptance.
