Terms of Service - PDF Omnia

By using PDF Omnia, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and the Developer, not with Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use PDF Omnia for personal or professional use on any compatible device you own.

2. User Responsibility

PDF Omnia is a local-only tool. You are solely responsible for the documents you process and for maintaining your own backups. The Developer is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure or app deletion.

3. In-App Purchases

PDF Omnia offers a single optional in-app purchase called 'No Ads.' This is a non-consumable, one-time purchase that permanently removes advertisements from the app on the Apple ID used for the purchase. All features of PDF Omnia are and will remain free for every user, regardless of whether the in-app purchase is made. The 'No Ads' purchase is offered as a way for users who wish to support continued development of the app. It is not required to use any of the app's functionality and grants no additional features beyond the removal of ads. The purchase price is set at the time of purchase and shown clearly before payment is confirmed by Apple.

4. Restore Purchases & Refunds

If you reinstall PDF Omnia or use a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, you can restore your previous 'No Ads' purchase at any time using the 'Restore Purchases' option in the Settings tab. All refunds are processed solely by Apple. The Developer cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, please submit a request directly to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com within the timeframe permitted by Apple's policies.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use PDF Omnia for any illegal activities, including the creation of fraudulent documents or the unauthorized processing of copyrighted material.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided 'AS IS'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's registered jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that region.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
